Treetops Seaview Montville

My partner & I loved our little getaway with such amazing views of the Sunshine Coast & we spent alot of our time on the balcony/deck soaking in the landscape. This gorgeous cabin had it all and the spa + fire place made it even more magical. Thankyou for a wonderful time & we will be back!

What can I say..... we waited nearly 10 years to come here. And well worth the wait!!! The room and location was breathtaking!!! Although the driveway was a bit scary hahaha. It was well worth it all. The breakfast hamper was adorable, the fire place was amazing, the spa on veranda and room spa was amazing. The rain showers, the view, the winter weather and just wanting to cuddle up. Best retreat for couples to recharge! If your stressed and want to escape the city life. This is your spot!! The only thing I can think to improve is maybe a bit more on the fruit platters. Maybe more fruit, more pricey fruits and cheese platter?

Had a great weekend away May 2022.Clean and fresh smelling. Bed was very comfortable!! We had bottom little cabin down drive way. Best view laying in bed, spa or even on lounge chairs !! Food hamper was amazing and enough food and kitchen had everything you needed. All timber supplied. The staff are beautiful. No issues at all. So close to local street, 1 min walk , drive way steep but doable. It is a little costly but view makes up for cost and the peace !! Cheers Karen and ben

For $345pn I'm expecting something exceptional and thats what we got but not in a good way.The cabin (SV1) was nice enough with great views back to the coast, and the location is convenient to Montville, but the cabin smelled of stale wood smoke from the double sided fireplace that is in the centre of the cabin and very close to the bed. We didn't use the fireplace and it had been cleaned of ash before our arrival but there was no escaping the constant strong smell of stale smoke which gave us both a headache. We tried opening the doors and windows to get some fresh air through but that just let the nearby septic tank smell in. Reception had told me during check-in that they were fully booked so changing cabins was not an option.Perhaps these were issues unique to this cabin this one time, but for the price paid I was unimpressed. Based on other reviews some guests have had a great stay here but that was not our experience.

Beautiful spot to spend a peaceful and romantic getaway. Breakfast hamper provided with local produce. Yum. Fire place wicked. Perfect place for a getaway.

Staff and accomodation was excellent. Our cabin was spotless. The views are amazing looking out to the sea. A hamper of eggs, bacon, tomatoes and muesli was included, all fresh and local. We loved the outdoor spa, drinking champagne and listening to nothing but nature. The bed was big, soft and comfy and the cabin was modern and tastefully decorated. We would definitely be back.

Absolutely stunning place. The cabin was well equipped, clean and spacious. And the views were to die for! We will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends

The staff was lovely and helpful when checking in. The room was clean and perfectly sized. The spa bath and views were amazing, and the fireplace heated up the room perfectly on the cold nights. Was a perfect kongweekend getaway. Would definitely stay again

The view is nice and it is a cute little cabin, the fireplace was nice and keeps room very warm and they supply lots of firewood however it was not worth the $750 per night. The driveway is only big enough for one car and if you are in the bottom cabin you have your own extra driveway which if you drive down you have to reverse out of the bit next to the cabin which is about 200m and then try turn around in a very small half circle area to be able get up the very steep driveway to leave and driveway drops off on each side for first part and is on the edge of cliff on second bit which is quite dangerous in rain and fog and there are no guard rails. The breakfast hamper very small for hot food which suppose to last two breakfasts. We used it all for one breakfast for two people and had to buy breakfast the next morning….. 4 pieces of bacon, 3 sausages, 4 pieces of white bread and 4 pieces of multigrain bread, 6 eggs. The fruit platter on arrival was gross and looked like it was a week old. You are also expected to clean dishes for the next guests but for $750 a night you would think cleaning up would be included and that you wouldn’t be using dishes washed by other guests prior and not threatened to be charged an additional $50 if kitchen is not cleaned. The robes were ripped and scratchy. The shower water goes out of the shower and covers the bathroom floor I had to ring out the bath mat before even getting out of the shower and it was soaking like I had it in shower. Also we had bat poop all over the car each morning not exactly the fault of place but no notice or coverage to avoid this. We won’t be going back especially not for how much you pay and what you actually get.

Absolutely gorgeous!!! Everything was just perfect!!! The views are beautiful from inside and outside on the deck, the cabin is lovely and it is a very close walk to Montville. The setting is so peaceful. Enjoying the spa while taking in the view is a treat. Everything is clean and well thought out. The welcome breakfast basket and fruit platter was lovely too! Simply the best place to unwind!!!
