The Good Guys Narre Warren

Hi we really wanted to leave a review for Good Guys Narre Warren as it doesn't happen often that we leave a store with such a positive experience. We were choosing to shop between JB Hi Fi and Good Guys Narre Warren and when we walked in to the other store it was a ghost town and we were ignored by staff.When we walked into Good Guys Narre Warren, a young man Jordan approached us and he was smiling and really upbeat. He looked for two other girls to help us with our enquiries and really went out of his way to make sure we purchased the right products for us. It was a lovely experience and I wish there were more people like Jordan to spread enthusiasm and great customer service every time we shopped. Jordan made the whole store experience feel great.

Terrible customer service. Attended the store and emailed them but not managed to resolve an issue with a faulty microwave. Fobbed off with excuses. Waited for them to call and still not heard from them after 1 month. Very disappointing customer service. Much prefer Harvey Norman- great customer service and always happy to resolve product issues.

Just as hopeless service as Cranbourne store. I just wanted a dishwasher n I knew what I wanted, all I need was someone to write a invoice so I can go pick it up,but that was soo Harrd. I'll never go there again and I will tell anyone I know that don't waste their time to go there,anywhere is better tha GOOD GUYS in CRANBOURNE and NARRE WARREN store.

So I thought I would just respond to “Mr Trevor Smith” in your review you’ve stated the following:This store is the worst store that I have ever been into. The staff that sit at the front counter appear to spend more time on their personal phones than they do serving customers. They are so under staffed that they even took Shakey" back after she quit. The only good thing about this store is that one of the most useless staff members they have finished today. They quit before they were sacked for incompetence.For somebody that claims to dislikes the store so much you seem to have a lot of insider knowledge so Mr Smith are you a regular customer or just a staff member posing is somebody that is making a so-called accurate review.As a so-called customer Mr Smith would you like to explain how you have this so-called inside knowledge

The worst goodguys stor ever from manager to the janitor. They sale the same item to more then a one person and keep making you wait untill find your item from the other side of Melbourne. Will not recommend to anyone.

Went here last week. It was such a mission to get a staff to assist. Girl behind the counter was busy on her phone - asked her a question and the reply I received was “I don’t think so”.When I requested for someone to assist for another item .. a guy turns up with a drink in his hand and slurped in front of us mid sentence..I was going to purchase 2 items and I left the store with nothing due to poor customer service.

We went to Good Guys in Narre Warren FG and received amazing service. We came to buy a new fridge and had David. He gave us good and informative customer service, was very nice and trustworthy. He helped us with everything we needed and was very professional! We would appreciate if you pass on this feedback to him :)

I just wanted to leave a review about our recent experience at Good Guys Narre Warren. There was a young man by the name of Jordan who served us and he was a delight to deal with as he really went out of his way with his customer service. We were looking for a coffee machine and a mop and he found the best team members to answer all our questions and in his Electronics Department he spent time with us showing the best options for a new TV. He was very enthusiastic and a real people person. It was a great shopping experience. Cheers to Jordan.

I've been there 2 times, customer service is zero in this branch, I needed to buy a vacuum cleaner when I entered to the store, none of staff even noticed me, I've been looking around to find someone to help me but couldn't find anyone, at the end I head up to the cashier and asked for help, she said okay I will call someone for you, after 5 min she came and said wich one do you want? Oh sorry this on is not in stok, if you pay we can order for you but can't say how long does it take.... disappointing of this store and their management
