I placed an order on 12 January. It is now 17 Jan. I live 20 minutes’ walk from the warehouse. I am still waiting for the delivery…. Previously, the orders have come quite promptly. I just wish we could still pick orders up.

I’ve had no problems at all with independence Australia I buy disposable blueys every 5 months and they come within 10 days most of time within week. And great products

Customer service, once normal, is now abysmal when you need to contact them with anything. They don’t answer the phone and are slow to reply to emails or on line form in my experience.This time (trust me, there’ve been several) it’s been three full business days and they still haven’t replied to my email.Incorrect goods delivered - indeed any order problems - should have a fast track method to report and quick action taken, especially giving the nature of the products.We can’t be left hanging several days for a reply, then longer for correct goods to come……Addition: it’s now a week since delivery, fifth business day without communication….figured it would be quicker to do another order!!
