This must be the worst Realestate in Sydney when there’s a problem not a care in the world. They don’t care about the tenants and treat you like a peasant ,especially Melissa she’s so snobby never returned your calls. They make you wait all day for inspection and don’t come within the time frame. They are allocated and then the come after when I’m not home and try to enter the house without my permission because they have a spare key. I highly not recommend these guys, especially Melissa stay away..

Abdul is friendly, approachable and warm. Our experiences have only been pleasant and we definitely recommend Abdul and the team at Prudential!

Very rude staff and property manager. Partner called to advise of accident on the road and advised would be 5 nins late and was toad that the property manager had already left the viewing eventhough it was meant to be a 15 min viewing.When requesting to speak to a manager or the property manager the staff on the phone was nothing but rude and told my partner tough luck if you want to view the property leave work early again tomorrow.

I have recently purchased an investment property through Prudential real estate Liverpool. My main point of contact was Mark Faulks. I have a wonderful experience with Mark and the team. The overall process of purchase was very smooth and easy. Starting from the first inspection of the unit, till the final inspection, overall journey was quite easy.As Prudential will manage my tenant, I had few telephone calls with Nick and had one meeting with Simon Perri. All these people are very professional, and they know their work really well.I am quite satisfied with their services through out the process, and wish them best of luck for their business.

Tayla is an excellent Property Manager. She has great work ethic and offers valuable advice.

( NO TRUST NO HONESTY)A mockery of the tenants and their exploitation.You have to make sure taking photos at the first day when get the keys and THE last day when giving the keys back because you will get into trouble and pay money for damage repairs that you did not do. And you will be surprised by the damage that was done after you handed over the keys, and you will have to pay the repair money because (there is no trust or honesty).Sc….er.

I returned the key and moved out and they try to charge another week, melissa evicted me and had to come up with 2500 for my new property my kids was left with out food and I am pregnant they don't care if your pregnant have 2 kids and homeless. 3 years and couple inspections and nothing had been done I pay $420 a fortnight and the antrium appartment was falling apart sent a few emails and melissa kept on asking stupid questions instead of getting someone to one out and investigate. What happened to the other inspections that had been sent what did they do nothing.

Simon, Michael and Joe are very friendly and helpful . They assisted me in all my inquires and inspections. The customer service of Prudential is very good.

Prudential were our property managers for many years and provided exemplary service and attention to detail. When it came time to sell we had no hesitation in asking Simon and the team to take the house to market. They did an excellent job advising and keeping us informed every step of the way and navigating the difficulties of covid to get us a great result.
