Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology- Wangaratta

The service at Specsavers Wangaratta was excellent and prompt. The staff were all very nice and very attentive. The optometrist was professional and helpful. Service staff helped me pick glasses as I was unsure of what suited me. Service was also fast and excellent upon picking up glasses.

The girls made it easy for me to get my prescription night driving glasses which work a treat.

Jason, my Optometrist, was very good. I felt that at all times he was knowledgeable and confident and I trusted him. I didnot however, feel the same about the staff member who processed my order for 2 pairs of specs. She didn't seem to be familiar with her job and had to ask for assistance several times. I was told that if I had problems with the news tri-focals, I should return with them and the issue would be rectified. I did this several days ago but the staff member I had was rude and loud and tried to make me feel as if I didn't have a clue what I was talking about. She deliberately spoke in a very loud tone and I felt embarrassed and humiliated. I ended up ordering a 3rd pair of glasses because the original pair gave me headaches. I doubt very much that I will ever return to the Wangaratta store.

My experience at Specsavers Wangaratta was great. Everyone that I saw was helpful, and Will, who helped me pick my glasses and sunglasses, was great and knew his product very well.
