Extremely rude manager. She insulted us both. They mixed up medications twice and then argued about it afterwards. Our friends in Wentworth Falls refuse to shop here as they agree the staff are rude and could not care less about customer service.It's a pity you cannot give it negative stars. We will never go back.

This is a great community pharmacy. The staff are really helpful and friendly and they have a great range of products. In particular, Erin, has been extremely helpful on many occasions and went the extra mile to help my elderly mother fit a sleep apnea mask. She was extremely patient, thorough and succinct in explaining how to use the device with both myself and my Mum. Since then I have always found her extremely personable and as a result this has become my 'go to' chemist in the mountains.

I have been going to this pharmacy for almost 8 years. After moving to Blackheath 4yrs ago I continued to attend this chemist rather than finding one nearby as I have built up a relationship with the friendly, attentive staff & value their caring assistance. As someone with multiple chronic health issues it's paramount to utilise well informed, consistent health professionals and I have definitely encountered.this and more at Wentworth Falls pharmacy.

Three women standing around watching another woman serve a customer. Absolutely pathetic customer service there. They refuse to even look at you. Next time maybe I should just go behind the counter and get what I came in for. Make it a self serve chemist. You will get better service. If I could give less than one star I would.

Drove here thinking it’d be the cheapest chemist in the Blue Mountains however was charged $20.90 for a generic brand script that I pay $5.80 from chemist warehouse or even $10 from smaller chemists. To charge almost four times the standard price is not ok and sadly ripping off customers. Two stars because the staff were good.

Had to wait over an hour for my script. Didn't bother to call my name or check up on me as I waited in the store. Kinda bad to feel forgotten about with major depression and anxiety.

Always enjoyed using this pharmacy until today. Obviously a change of staff. I asked a male pharmacist for a particular heartburn tablet. He had a cursory look and then walked away. When I followed him he just said they didn't have what I wanted. I would have expected him to offer another product instead of just walking away. I won't go there again.

Ive had nothing but pleasant experiences of this pharmacy. The manager is delightful. Staff will go out of their way to assist. On the rare occasion a item is out of stock, it’s ordered in the next day.
