Hair cuts are good and I'd been there a few times but recently changed their policy on walk-ins. 15 minutes waiting for them to open today only to be told that I'd have to wait over half hour anyway. No signs on door to this effect. Plus they charge extra for appointments. Pretty annoyed. I see I'm not the only regular to look elsewhere for a flexible in-and-out service.

Skilled barbers always here. I always get a great haircut. If you can book ahead to guarantee a place.

Went in for a haircut this morning at Cornubia, asked if I had a booking, never booked in my life , 2 girls on no one waiting and the earliest appointment was 1 1/2 later which didn't suit I told her I thought it was walk in as well , she said but people book , do you see anyone waiting, so I walked out, and just after me another walked out as well.Barbers gont make appoints , you want to work in a salon cutting female hair that would be great!!!You need a bussiness attitude in this day and age no one waiting and your turning away bussiness.They did me the biggest favour as I stumbled across a new Barber in Beenleigh called Uncle Tims, and all I can say is WOW".DOSENT TAKE BOOKINGS!3 Barbers flat out and 6 people waiting

Have used the Cornubia shop for as long as they have been there. It was walk in, as is traditional in barbers. But not anymore, walk in at 4pm expecting to wait for a cut, two chairs, no one waiting. I was told I had to book, and a convenient QR code was available. Went through the process, 4:40pm was available.Really?I would have waited as long as the queue in front of me, no problem, it’s a barbershop.Will never go back, and told them so, which is a little sad as I had not only built up good relationships with the barbers, but they are very good also.Travelled a little further to the Hyperdome, walked in, waited a little and paid $3 more. I would have happily paid more.Barbers are walk in establishments, hairdressers is where I would expect to make an appointment.Somebody is forgetting what a barber’s shop is.

Sick of making a booking to be told not to bother on arrival and have to wait over the booked time, also sick of walking in and then having to wait for people who booked.. which one is it?? Ongoing customer lost now.

Been going to these guys a little after they set up shop, it's such a friendly atmosphere and the team is friendly and just really great. They're the best hairdressers I've had since I was a kid when I had a crush on my hairdresser.

I came in with a picture of the haircut I wanted (the same haircut I've had for years), showed the barber the picture and he looked at it for 30 seconds or so, asked me a few questions about how I wanted my hair cut, and how I styled it. All was promising at this point... I'm not sure how the barber gauged the hair style during the cut because he combed my hair into a bowl shap and proceeded to cut it for 30 minutes or so... By the end I walked out with a haircut that barely resembled the picture.. Infact my hair looked closer to the picture BEFORE I got it cut.. and is now a few inches too short.. Will probably take me 6 months to grow back to its usual length. Safe to say I wont be visiting again.

Great barber shop. Giovanni is easily the best barber I’ve been to. Very quick, professional and clearly highly skilled.
