He made buying my first new car a streamlined and very enjoyable experience with constant communication and a speedy result with all extras installed and the car ready to go before I knew it! I bought a new MG last week and what a great 5 star service. Both Joe and Steven were fantastic. The whole process from ordering to driving away was a smooth process in spite of a bit of a wait for the new car. During that time Joe and Steven were constantly in contact to let me know where the car is at. They made it very special when it was time to pick it up. Highly recommending MG Ringwood for their honest great service, well done, thank you!

Had a great experience buying my MG HS plus EV Excite from Ben Webster at Ringwood MG. He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice helping me change over to my first PHEV! Having been on new car waiting lists elsewhere for more than a year, it was a relief that Ringwood MG was able to get me into the car in few days. No drama – great outcome!

Joe from Ringwood MG was absolutely amazing to deal with. I brought my first MG from Joe back in 2020 (MG3) and have come back 2023 and brought my second MG (ZST) and couldn’t recommend someone more! Joe goes above and beyond, ensures you feel comfortable and all your concerns/questions are answered. Couldn’t thankyou you enough for your help first time round and second time round! I’m sure I’ll be back in a few years again!Nicole - from finance was also great to deal with, helping me with all my financial questions and being super accessible whenever I had questions!

We could not recommend Steve or Joe more highly enough! Having been in a large car accident a year ago I was hesitant to approach buying a new or second hand car as the previous experience had not been the best. Steve handled our requests with grace, expertise and a knowledge and eye for detail! Joe was more than happy to show us how everything worked today (even down to getting my favourite colour, PINK, for the bow!!!!). We are incredibly happy and highly recommend Ringwood MG!
