The quality of products from Feather craft supplies is terrible. I have bought preserved flowers from many suppliers and Feather has been by far the worst, not only in terms of quality but also customer service. My two bunches of rabbit tail arrived neatly packed, however, the quality was atrocious. As I pulled them out they literally almost disintegrated. They were either quarter or half stems, with a few long stems and were all split in half. I had to throw them out as they made a mess everywhere and I could not use them at all. I was quite disappointed, as this was such a waste of money and time for me. I contacted Feather to let them know about my disappointment and the quality of their product. They informed me they could not give me a refund as I did not send photos, in a rude manner. I did not ask for a refund, I was merely letting them know of my poor experience. Never again will I purchase from them.

I LOVE this online retailer. I've bought beautiful feathers from them in the past and recently bought some dried flowers. Such excellent quality and very quick delivery!
