Apple Chermside

Lord help you if you have an intermittent problem with an Apple product.. because an Apple Genius sure won’t!Second visit here with same issue & today made to feel like I’m making it up. Total waste of time & fuel driving out here.iPhone (that’s still under warranty!) positional charging. Intermittently just won’t register the charger. Doesn’t matter which plug, cord or combo of them. Jiggle, change cords. Sometimes just nothing. Hasn’t been reproduced in the store… So that’s it!?! Today genius a bit dismissive and actually suggested to unplug and plug in again. As if haven’t tried that before. So I’m stuck with an iphone that 4 nights in the past 10 hasn’t charged & is useless for work the next day until it does happen to register a charger. Not good enough! V disappointed.

Okay, I understood how busy you were and that you did not have someone to talk to me right away yesterday. That’s why I made a booking for today. And again, I was told there wasn’t anyone available. Are you serious? What’s the point of booking me in then? Wasted my time! And the staff member who greeted me today when I got there said they would come back but never did. I stood there like a fool and had to ask someone else for help. Seriously, why couldn’t you just tell me straight up that I had to wait? Never again.

Soon as I walked in security guard profiled me as a threat or someone to steal the security dude #406 came straight away & stood next to me when I was looking to buy AirPods , felt very uncomfortable & intimidated because of the way I look, not acceptable I ended up buying them but to have someone standing next to me watching every move assuming I was a thief because I had tattoos !! Not good enough Apple

We went to buy an apple watch for my wife, we were told at the door we would need to make an appointment... OK, can we look anyway? Sure, but you need to make an appointment to buy one. So an hour later we came back and were invisible till 15 minutes after our appointment with a specialist. He specialised in reading off the pos display screen. We did purchase, but what a joke, honestly. Would not recommend it to anyone

I had to go and get some new Airpods due to my other ones dieing so I decided to go to Apple at CHERMSIDE they had both sets that I wanted. I would recommend Apple CHERMSIDE. The staff were amazing they were very helpful.

Went to the Chermside Store and was served by Riff Chan. Great experience, he told me fair information about the ipad.Service was polite and honest. He was efficient with his work and a few weeks later, I went back and bought the ipad from him.Been two years and still working fine with no issues.

SCAM - BEWARE OF THE PRODUCT YOU PURCHASE - my family bought a MacBook from the chermside Apple store. The box was completely sealed perfectly. When opening it at home they found it was the wrong laptop. When they returned it to the store saying it was the wrong laptop, an employee called Amy tried to kick them out of the store. After an hour of arguments, another Apple technician traced the laptop saying that someone had activated the laptop in China 4 months prior! Apparently there is a massive scam with shipments of Apple products. ALWAYS OPEN YOUR PRODUCT INSIDE THE STORE. Unbelievable how absolutely racist and rude the Apple employee was. MAKE SURE YOU DON’T GET SCAMMED AND BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. You’d think buying a product from a licensed store would be safe BUT THIS STORE IS NOT. Also it’s 2023, racism and rudeness from an employee should absolutely not be tolerated. I remain disgusted at how my family were treated.

While there is sometimes a wait list for an appointment with customer service person the wait is worth it as they really know their stuff. Our issue was sorted in a reasonable time and we are very happy with the assistance we received. Worth a visit.

I'm not generally a big fan of apple products, but I stopped in to buy a new phone for my wife.Alicia was a very knowledgeable, professional salesperson, and was very helpful with ideal peripheral selection for our situation.
