Have taken my work car and personal van (2.4m tall Ford Transit - not many places will fit this through their garage door). Timely, good communication and was able to collect vehicle after hours. Happy - I will be back.

I've bought a Citroen C4 Picasso from a store serviced by North Shore Mechanical. The car presented several serious issue which was never properly diagnosed by the mechanic. The car was in warranty and the main issue with engine never properly repair, now I'm having multiple expenses as the car is out of the 3 months warranty.

Fred was fantastic to deal with, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. My Subaru Forester was 11 years old with 1600000kms on the clock, very tired and with multiple problems, my car now drives better than it did when new
