I can appreciate working in retail is challenging at Christmas however I drove from Frankston to Chadstone Shopping Center for a specific top. I was advised initially it could be ordered via their instore online system and they told it was not available and to drive to Highpoint where they had stock. No answer at ANY stores to confirm however reassured by Chadstone staff that the top was definitely in stock with multiple items available in the system. Got to Highpoint and they had sold out of the top earlier in the week!!! Terrible waste of my time at this time of year. Training staff about customer service is important, I won’t be back and ANSWER YOUR PHONES to save people hours of driving for not nothing!!!

Absolutely worse customer service.. you have guys stand there with a black gun for scanning products but they don’t talk to you or help you in any ways.. just says they won’t be long.. 15minutes later finally got the shoes to try on but he only gave us one shoe to try on and took the box and walked off.. absolutely no help!.. tried to asked a couple of questions and all we got was I don’t know. You are left to your own device.. left with no shoes and absolutely no help. What a joke!

Stood there for 25 minutes waiting for help and no one approached us, several employees made eye contact but no help what so ever. Employees just stood around giggling. Gross behaviour bros.

Terrible customer service. Empty store with 5 employees and had to ask for assistance. Followed by a very unmotivated attitude to help. Ended up walking out and taking my 550 dollar sale elsewhere

Did not honour sale price. Bought shoes in online 20%extra sales. Minutes later refunded and shoe price goes back up to presale price.

Terrible management.A whole row of a particular pair of kids Jordan shoes were advertised as “take a further 20% off”. After confirming this with two staff members and proceeding to purchase we were charged full price.We then queried the management and were aggressively told that these items were not actually on sale and they did not have to honour this according to consumer law.While we were disputing the price another staff member quickly pulled the sale tags off the particular shoes in question.Really bad vibe in this store with the staff communicating via radio which, when serving you is akin to trying to talk to someone whilst they are on a phone call, completely void of customer interaction. Clearly no one has any idea what is going on either. As a franchise, please change your approach and ditch the radios in an effort to save a few dollars.Will never shop here again.

Terrible customer service skills and managementI went to the store requesting for a different pair of shoes other then the display ones.When going to check in the back she had talked to her manager and needed up coming out with the same shoe as before. She continued to do this again. Instead of responding to my request and giving a straight answer her and her manger tried to trick me and deceive me. This is improper behaviour and I found it to be very disrespectful.
