Worst customer service ever. I would not even give them one star if possible.

I came there today and i would like to share something.I came for doing wwcc. I got the first lady who was so nice to show me how to do it online to get QR code before coming back to Post Office for the photo. I went out and did online to get QR code. Second time come back, I got a Vietnamese lady who was really rude and arrogance. I talked to her in Vietnamese because I thought it would be easier as I was doing paper work, but whatever i asked her, she replied me in English (what does she mean to prove? English skill or …), ok that was completely fine to me. Unfortunately for today, I did not have enough IDs with me to verify, it was my fault; I admitted. However, instead of explaining me why I couldn’t use my passport, she raised her voice: look at your passport, look it is not the same as your license,… bla bla. Honestly, i would have cried in there because of her voice to loud and seems like she was yelling at me as I thought i was doing something wrong to her but I am not. I am a customer and as a human being, no one would have been treated the way she did.

Always love scanning my items here, Kam, Cathy, Christina and the rest of the team always giving their best even in terms of peak hour. Beautiful customer service and always giving their best. Thank you for this beautiful place and service. Well appreciated.

I wnet to st albans post to do a passport application, due to the overload information on the internet around and the waiting time that Victoria is currently at I was super overwhelmed and unsure of how to follow this process.I was served by Loan, amazing customer service skills, super friendly and she was able to clarify all my questions and made the process super easy for me. Thank you Loan!!

I went in there looking for a printer, but they were sold out. The lovely lady who served me went out of her way to search other local stores and then phone to make sure they had them in stock. All was fantastic, thank you.

Never had a problem here, lines are long sometimes but they have 3+ workers so it's generally okay. I always post international and parcels here and the process is super easy! Staff are helpful too.

The staff name Loan is truly disrespectful and ugly ( not her appearance) I was there to do the passport for myself and my 4 kids. When she look at 1of my kid form she asked no father?" "Yes and the other 3 too" I said then she SHAKE her head

Wonderful in every respect. Friendly staff. A happy place to visit. Professional in the service provided. Kam, Kate and Sebastian etc are the best. Well stocked. Can't think of anything to complain about.

I have found the staff to be very polite and great at customer service. I have CPTSD and most places are a challenge for me, but at this Post Office the staff have always been great and I feel safe going there.
