APM Employment Services - Rosny Park

Caitlin is extremely unprofessional, she never attends appointments on time randomly sends out text notifications saying payment has been suspended without any warning as to why, usually it’s her fault she apologised and fixes up the payment. No empathy and incompetent.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSAPM is awful.Totally unprofessional.I had my payments cut due to 'not attending the appointment' which I never got a text for to attend.Then when I called to sort it out - I tried to explain i was going to get a medical certificate because I could not work due to mental health.I then had MICHAEL tell me that my problems probably weren't that bad and I should be working not just sitting around at home.. I politely explained that I have been diagnosed and things were more complicated than he maybe understood. He continued to belittle me and tell me I need to earn my pay and im making things worse for myself - I then asked him to politely stop and if he could help me on how to access my payments and that he was upsetting me. He told me that he was not being mean, that he won't 'sugar-coat' anything for me (That not working is just going to make things worse for me). I then tried to call TONY the regenal manager to make a complaint as MICHAEL left me in tears and still did not apologise. Tony then told me they had already spoken with MICHAEL and that he didn't believe anything I was saying. They then said to quote Go on then. Why don't you get this certificate in and then I'll just way up if your issues are actually that bad" and proceeded to try and push me to tell them what my diagnoses was.They do not treat you like a human.They want nothing to do with you and will never apologise for anything.They have no respect for you at all and will show no empathy even if they know they have upset you."

Ali BanksOne word comes to mind when I describe Alison Banks…Sensational… but if I left summing up Alison in one word that would be a disservice to her and APM.I am consistently amazed by Alisons performance.As a owner of 2 businesses I dream of hiring employees like her.She is consistently pushing the bar.You’re an inspiration to myself. Your outstanding support of your apm clients and myself has helped push up our company revenues to greater heights. We are so grateful to have someone like you representing APM.As a result of your hard work, my entire team move forward with our long-term mission of employing people to better their life and mine. Thank you!Thank you for doing your best every day despite all the external factors.Such a tough gig for anyone to balance 2 hats actually…….. she has needed multi hats in dealing with me. Meaning Alison works for APM but she has always showed up for me as a buisness owner.Alison has always been there ensuring that I have what I need. But more importantly she has always kept it real. She has everyone’s best interest at heart.Her empathy is like a water fountain continually pouring out. Even when I have lost my marbles she sees hope. Al also has the ability to make the tough calls. She does that with empathy but also ensuring the message gets across.Another amazing attribute Alison has is ensuring that all paper work is done accurately but with ease for the employer. This has been challenging I know as I am not a good admin person.Without Alison keeping my wheels turning I think I could of easily packed it in.My brother took his life last year and the biggest compliment I can pay Alison is that she has felt like family when I felt I had none in my business world and as a friend. She has remained professional and always passionate about being the best staff member for APM.I can’t believe how fast time flies by! It’s nearly a year that I first reached out to APM. I couldn’t ask for anyone better to consistently being there.It’s been an incredible ride so far.Reliability is hard to come by. Caitlyn has all ways been very straight to the point and professional,seems to care about her clients and all she seems to expect is then to work hard for what they want and attend appointments.

Rang several times to change interview time. No answer.

Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I've been swapped between 3 APM locations and they all have been horrible. With rude staff who only care about their pay check.APM Rosny signed me up for activities without my knowledge and did not contact me even once since I moved to them. I could not attend these activities because I live 2 HOURS AWAY.I've had this problem with all APM locations. They don't understand that I live in a small country town and have no clue how much of a difference that makes in what I can and cannot do.This week I changed providers to WorkSkills but APM still managed to put my payment on hold one last time. I called their office 4 times to explain that they're no longer my provider, of course though. No one answered.Straight up smooth brains who just want to check boxes and bully people.

Hazelclean has been proudly working with APM for 2+ years. They are an incredible support to us as a small business, especially when first starting the employment process. Sharon Smith at Apm Rosny is amazing and very helpful. First appointment with her and the information she provided was excellent. Aswell as her kind caring nature, highly recommend Sharon!
