Coles Bowral

Plenty of parking, good access, well maintained and well stocked store.

Nice place for shoping daily needs, fresh food and everything you need is available.

Always choose this ahead of the Woolworths in Mittagong or Bowral as it has a better self service checkout option and generally feels like it has more space and is less busy.

All the products are good but one off the older workers, made me and my friends feel very uncomfortable. without any consent she searched our school bags just because of our ages. and when I said I have girl stuff in that pocket

Good Coles with a lot of choices.We were served by Patrick who did an excellent job at packing our bags (unlike many other staff I've seen) and was very kind. He definitely deserves a raise for his great attitude !Also good French skills ;)

The products are good, but one of the workers searched our school bags because of our age but she didn’t search any of the others customers and it made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe to shop there again

This Coles is great apart from the fact that some of their main staff members hate their job and want to show the customers this by being rude and ignoring those at the service counter.I was told by the self serve lady that if I wasn’t buying something I couldn’t get cash out and would have to go to the service desk. So I head to the service desk (right next to self serve) and the two women proceeded to have a conversation as if I was invisible despite the fact they actively watched me walk the five steps. Once I was finally served there was no apology.This is only one example of how bad their customer service is. The tall woman with glasses at the service counter is the worst, don’t bother getting anything from that service counter. The time it takes for you to drive to woolies, park and get served there is shorter than how long you wait for her to serve you at the counter.

Pretty good, they have a lot of stock at this store compared to moss vale, although it can be quite slow waiting for a register to be available even in self serve.

Not happy that emergency exit is locked & blocked. Staff response last Sunday and today is not acceptable. The excuse is Covid restrictions. That doesn't sound right and is not responsible.Update 7 Nov 2021. Still blocked......
