I have just experienced selling a warehouse I owned through Chris McKenzie from Crabtree Real Estate.Past history would say that this would normal cause you a great deal of stress going through the process but No they made this experience very easy..After each open inspection Chris informed me with up to date information on what was happening which gave me confidence come Auction Day what to experience.We did sell with a great result for all parties and I would highly recommend using them, I certainly will.
