First Aid course: really good with engaging instructor.

Have done my CPR/First Aid twice now with Janette, a pleasure both times. Whatever you're paying her its not enough! Thanks guys.

Professional and entertaining. Trainers have great knowledge and teach in a fun way that helped me learn more than I thought I would.

A great place for people who need to do there first aid! The instructor Kim was awesome! So much experience and very dedicated to teaching first aid. Overall great experience, these guys are the best in the business.

Janette was an awesome trainer and very knowledgable, whatever St John's is paying her is not enough.She delivered the course in a professional, concise way and has a good sense of humour.I still haven't received a first aid certificate despite completing the course 2 weeks ago though. I have called repeatedly and get promised everytime that I will receive it in the next day or shortly.Unfortunately I now have no other choice but to leave this review to warn others as they have not followed through after calling them 3 separate times and different days. Also spoke to 3 different people.Having to wait so long for my first aid certificate has adversely affected my business ventures, so if you're a business owner and have time sensitive operations, please steer clear of St John's as it's no good waiting so long when it's coming out of your own pocket.For the most expensive first aid course in Canberra (by far!), you'd expect to receive the certificate in a decent amount of time especially after chasing them up...EDIT: St John's replied but have not attempted to reach out at all so far. Will update if this changes.

Don't buy products or services. They don't send you an invoice when you buy online even after supplying your email address. Then you'll spend an hour on hold chasing the invoice or chating to the online chat person that just wants to sell you more. Want to use them but they are SO BAD!

Trainers are always top notch and absolutely build confidence. Thoroughly recommend!
