Cannot believe how long you have to wait for a prescription. I waited 25 minutes - no one else waiting. Yesterday my daughter waited 35 minutes and had to leave before script was filled. Main pharmacist had a mask on under his chin. Will never go back to Terry White Winston Glades. It is a joke.

I don't know why there are so many praises for the staff, they are quite rude, this lady came in yesterday she was very polite and unwell, she checked if I was in line (I was waiting for script) and they ignored her for ages, then finally served her. then she talked down to her, was very rude and after the lady left. Talked about her and laughing. Very horrible and unprofessional.. I won't be back, these people pre-judged, think they're above their customers and lacked duty of care. Discusting the treatment of that poor sick lady.

Staff are nice. 2nd and last visit. 25 minutes to fill a script on both occasions. One box one sticker printed out and stuck on. Not hard but apparently it is for the pharmacistAvoid unless you like waiting around liking bored

Took half an hour to wait for my pills 1 script, 1 packet of tabs to be told they did not have the tabs, after being told they would get them in for me if they knew i would be back. I did my part of the deal. So will not be back. Unable to supply.

Friendly staff but shocking wait times on collecting scripts. Doesn't seem to matter what time of the day, busy or quiet. Started going elsewhere and nowhere else, even during peak hours with lots of customers waiting have I waited more than 10 minutes. One time I was told 10-15 mins, went to have lunch, and still waited another 45mins after lunch.

If you are looking for experienced and knowledgeable staff.. do not attend Terry White Winston Glades. Loveliest little shopping centre sadly let down by the terry white chemist with its boarish staff. The ladies lied to my face saying a prescription was needed for over the counter medication.If you are looking for a genuine pharmacy with compassionate and understanding staff, who will treat you like a person.. I highly recommend going straight to Ipswich Day and Night Pharmacy

Booked an appointment for the COVID-19 booster, the chemist is more interested in giving prescription medicine to all the walk ins than keeping their appointment times. What’s the point in making an appointment?Won’t support a local business when this is the treatment. My time is also important.Walked straight in to Ripley Medical. Greeted with a smile, booked in straight away. Vaccination done in 15 mins.Don’t waste your time with Terry White Chemist Winston Glades.

Have always found staff & Mark Christenson very helpful at Winston Glades my local chemist. Excellent advice on medications & Mark is always available to answer questions either in person or on the phone.
