The course was really great and informative, the instructor made the lessons interactive and entertaining as well as informative.

It has been 18 months since I commenced my ReOC. The communicaiton is lacking and the email i get back We'll take care of it" just are not cutting it. Customer service ?? What's that. But they got there money."

I am glad to see many positive experiences with Ace Aviation but having waited over a year for my AROC to be processed with many attempts to chase up paperwork as required has soured my recommendation for any form of training through Ace.The course seemed well presented and made clear all the requirements for gaining an RePL and AROC (with clear requirements for CASA examinations etc) but having passed and paid for the course I am still disappointed to have to turn down professional employment as I never received my AROC.A shame as they do seem to know what they are doing and how to make it work for the most part.

Classes and material is a bit intense. Classes and notes are well structured. Instructors/Lecturers are engaging during classes which I find helpful.

Great course and knowledgeable trainers. Student portal is well resourced and easy to use with a lot of benefits. I would have no hesitation recommending the Ace Aviation Team.

Aceaviation has been great; studying the theory at home in both written format and recorded videos have been invaluable. Enrolment was easy and uncomplicated, the learning system was fast and responsive, and when I needed support, it was readily available.

Pretty disappointing to deal with. Were very helpful upfront and willing to take full payment, which thankfully I didn't. Have been waiting several months for dates to complete my course. They simply don't provide exam dates. Have had to restart the whole process with another business with several hundred dollars wasted. Wouldn't recommend.
