Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto Kidman Park

I booked an appointment at 8:00 Am and when i came they said tyres have not arrived yet , you can come after the tyres arrive ,, Why did you book appointment then? If you do not have product,,,,, so then i booked appointment at 3:00pm ,,, i came and they told me to leave the car and come back at 4pm . I said ok and was waiting in the waiting area. And then a man came to me at 3:45pm and said they do not have the correct size for your carI would not recommend this store to anyone else. Please go to any another store and save your precious time. Wasted my whole day ,, such a unprofessional staff.

Great customer service, well priced. Paul and his team were brilliant. Noticed a squeak/whine after a 4x4 trip, Stu diagnosed the issue and resolved it. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely be coming back for any future mechanical needs.

I hesitated to get a service as I have been ripped off badly before. Paul and his team was recommended to me and I found them to be very professional and there were no hidden costs. I knew the car needed a bit of work with brakes etc. Paul called me to say what work needed to be done. I was so happy with cost and expertise by himself and the very friendly staff.Car goes amazing and I will certainly go back. Thank you so much.

I dropped my car very early this morning for a tyre rotation. they already had a set of key to do the work. when I picked up the car, I noticed it was exactly the same place as I parked it, which could happen. it was already paid for so the person whom served me found my key and gave it to me without saying much. i what was done to the car and he said it was booked for tyre rotation. I got into the car and noticed the odometer had not moved. went back to the shop and asked the guy what they have done to the car. he said he is not sure as they don't keep any track of the work done to the vehicle. there is no record kept to say anything was done. I asked him if anyone had checked the rotors as during breaking the steering wheel shakes a bit. he said there is no mechanic working today so that job wouldn't have been done. as he saw my disappointment, hen said you can bring the car later on and we can check it. i mentioned I assume you rely on repeat business and your customer service is none existence . when I got home I checked all 4 tyres and there was no evidence of anyone touching the tyres as they were still dirty. I guess this is what they call fee for no service! Thanks guys

I have been bringing my car to Bridgestone Select Kidman Park for 12 years and have always had fantastic experience from the people in the office to the workers in the workshop. My most recent visit was my car battery was flat with one problem I couldn't get my car to the shop so I called to find out how much and just after lunch a lovely young man arrived at my home to put it in. I always take my car there for it's service and anything else that might pop up. I would like to thank all the staff for their wonderful work and a special thank you to the young man that went out of his way to do something a lot of other places wouldn't. I have never had a bad experience here. So Thank You again for everything.

Matt and the team were able to squeeze in a repair on a very busy afternoon. He was very professional and I really appreciated the great customer service.

Extremely happy with these guys. Brought the car here after having a poor wheel alignment experience at another venue. They were not only cheaper than the previous independent shop, but made three separate adjustments to ensure that the steering wheel tracked perfectly straight down a left-camber road (something the previous place wouldn't even entertain). Will be bringing my car here in future and recommending them to friends and colleagues.
