Great customer service, very excepting of our crazy when out large Pup Lip the dog. But all my products there.

I like to visit places a few times before I review.I come in here weekly for pet food as it's high protein and affordable, my kids always run up to the cat adoption bay and the staff , one younger girl I will get her name always tells them about the cat that's in there and helps them read its story. Like it makes their week.

My friend and I visited the store and the store manager was welcoming and offered us a free puppy pack and food sample and we were very happy with the service received. Would recommend this store :)

Just to say that i always find what i need at Pet Barn and just having moved, Lismore Pet Barn is even easier to shop at, plenty of space and a great range. I always find Pet barn staff lovely and if they can't answer my question, they will always find someone who can.Thanks folks you make it a pleasure to shop for my best mate

Bought a brush based on the recommendation of the team member, but couldn’t use it even really lightly without my puppy being hurt. Went back the next day to speak to a team member who was at the front door about my problem. The woman had a really bad attitude and poor customer service skills when dealing with the issue - came across very condescending and rude, didn’t try to understand the issue, only abrasively disregarded it; stating as it had been used I couldn’t return it. I brought up the bad service skills and she just looked at me rudely and said “ok!”.My issue wasn’t that I was demanding a return, I wanted to troubleshoot the issue or find another solution. Luckily (after some whispering about me from the door attendant… whilst stood in front of me) the groomer was there who was really friendly and explained everything and recommended an extra brush that would help.

Always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very reasonable prices on pet feeds.
