Hi, we had Norm come and clean our dog urine from brand new mattress! Not only has the stain completely gone, but the terrible odour is no longer there!Thank goodness we called in Norm! Knew exactly what to do in a very professional no fuss way!

There are a few negative google reviews that talk about feeling threatened and intimidated by Norman from this company. Based on my experience with Norman, I can concur and say he is rude and unprofessional.I asked for a quote and requested it be emailed to me. Norman responded, rather abrupt, telling me to send a phone number. I explained again that I wanted the quote emailed (please) as I was sourcing several different suppliers.His response was:If you are not interested in sending your number for our system we will probably not be the right for for you.. obviously you have not experienced a carpet clean.Many thanks"and then a minute later he sent:"Please don’t compare us to others..We are not for everyone.We are a premiumbespoke eco friendly quick drying carpet and upholstery cleaning and restoration company - where quality is our main focus .… If price is your main concern and sourcing for a small job like this and not a quality eco friendly quick drying clean we will not be the best fit for you .I’m trying to help you not convince you .RegardsNormI’m here to get a fair price for what I do well ."That was verbatim and copied from his emails.I can understand needing a mobile number to confirm a booking
