Fast and friendly. Michael at Maroochydore was an absolutely easy guy to deal with and I was grateful for the effort he went to in order to insure the bike was the right one for me. Would recommend to everyone I know.

Had a few visits to the work shop side of sunstate Hervey Bay and have dealt with Sean there mainly, found him to have great knowledge of anything i have wanted to enquire about. Have found the work shop receptionist most helpful while putting through my insurance work aswell as all all staff in sales side helpful and great people to deal with.Would recommend getting any work on your bike done through them. Even if it is just a chat about anything bike related found all staff to give 100% attention and time to accomodate and satisfy.

I have purchased 4 new bikes for my kids over the last 2 years and can honestly say these guys just want your money and once you sign on the dotted line make sure it's in stock and take what you negotiated on. These guys will lie about phone calls, dates bikes are due and extras such as fitting of run timers and percentages from merch. I haven't needed them for a warranty yet thank God but if you need a bike go to Maryborough, Gympie or Bundaberg.

Very disappointed that I had to take my new seadoo fishpro ski into service multiple times after several failed attempts start at the ramp, only to pick it up told it’s not under warranty when it’s not even a year old ($$$) take it to the ramp again and have the same situation 2 more times.Then I took it back to them for a service and only then discover a dead battery and they wouldn’t offer any $ back from previous visits which should have been covered by warranty.Asked to speak to the manager Rick, told he will call me back, waited a week, tried again still no luck. Still don’t have the ski back.Would have liked this resolved but they are to busy chasing sales instead of looking after customers. Think twice

Great service when l had new front tyre fitted.Just left a few greasy fingerprints over my bike been white in colors, certainly stands out.

My son and I drove all the way to Hervey Bay (1,000km) to pick up his new motorcycle. I was a bit standoffish at first, but the salesman, Matt, was one of very few honest salesmen I have ever come across. He was true to his word in every respect. Great bunch of guys, good prices, even cheapest price on insurance. They even fitted a rear wheel stand at no extra cost. We just paid for parts (cheap too). Even the boss and finance guy came out to help load the bike on the ute!!! Honestly, they are the best motorcycle dealers I have dealt with. I would drive all the back there again to deal with them. I honestly don't believe the other bad reviews. Never been here before, but they treated us like royalty. Thanks guys!

Shaun Hounsell from Sunstate Hervey Bay is one of the best examples of customer service I’ve ever come across. We live 10 hours from Hervey Bay but will not buy our skis from anywhere else. Shaun keeps us coming back again and again because he makes the process such a pleasure. He’s friendly, hard working, quick to communicate and always has a smile on his face. He goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs and to make sure we have everything we need. Would highly recommend.

I was looking for Triumph parts and initially the young girl was helpful but not enthusiastic. When she told me she had no idea when the part might arrive and I would need to pay for it to have the order placed, I told her I would not pay for a part before she could tell me a time frame for delivery. She suggested I buy the part on line! I did this and had the part delivered from the UK with in two weeks. I now have no need to return to Sunstate as the UK based company is happy to have my business.

Sold me the wrong oil filter rang and was told they had the correct one drove from Maryborough none in stock very rude and incompetent staff said it’s no problem my engine could have been damaged, would not give my money back, won’t be going back
