Great skills and customer service.I have been regular now for 3 months and never disappointed.I see some negative reviews here, which I feel do not do justice to this place and its workers. I had some of the best massages here in the last few months. And prices are very reasonable. Well done Rose, Lisa, Hunny, Lulu and all other workers there.

Awful experience. Last week i came to this place paid for a 60minute deep tissue, i was shown to my room where i sat there waiting for 15 solid minutes for somebody to come and begin. Lookily before i got redressed somebody entered apologising. This week i decided to give them another chance... paid full price for 30minute deep tissue full body, i got a 25minute back rub. When i didnt choose to have any extras, the very little enthusiasm that was there at the beginning was zapped for the rest of the now awkward time.The masseuce was called Jasmine and receptionist offered nothing of any help or reimbursment when i queried as to why i had only had a back rub when i paid for full body deep tissue?!!!GO TO the massage place a few doors down instead, alot better!!!!

Kanok Thai massage has been my go to place to help from relaxation, stress, injuries to RSI, I find that not only are they extremely friendly, but they are so helpful and knowledgeable about how muscles work, I can either tell them I have RSI and would like my arms and hands massaged, or tell them I've had a stressful week and they are able to help me either way. There is bad, OK and good massage and then there is Kanok which is amazing to be quite honest. Every time they have done exactly what I have needed. The girls here are just fantastic

Pretty average. I called in advance to let the owner know that I need someone with lots of experience as I have tons of massages and am used to get thai deep tissue massage, and currently go to her competitor. I was promised a lady’s name but when I got there, my masseuse is a very young girl only just started. She’s okay for someone with a couple of years experience but I was expecting someone with more in depth skills. The massage finishes slightly early. I’m not that impressed although the owner is very friendly.

Dreadful massage, wasn't asked where I have pain, or where I would like them to focus on. Very soft massage seemed like she didn't want to be there or really care that I paid 75 dollars an hour

After reading the reviews left I was excited to get a massage but I was left extremely disappointed. I paid for a 90 minute massage but ended up being finished 15 minutes early. The lady never asked if there was a specific area that needed focusing on or if the pressure was suitable. I didn’t want to cause a fuss at the counter on my way out as there were other people inside getting a massage so when I got to my car I called reception and gave some feedback. When I spoke to the lady she apologised and told me that she has had others complain about the lady who had done my massage. Sorry but if there have been numerous complains towards a worker why would you continue to have them provide treatments? I was offered $30 off my next treatment and told to ask for the best lady (Lisa) next time I visit. I am a qualified massage therapist myself with over 5 years experience and every therapist should be providing the best service to each client coming in the door. I honestly don’t think I will be coming back as I’m extremely annoyed and disappointed. My back feels worse than it did when I went in this afternoon.

Good massage. The thai lady was so nice and skilled. Will definitely come back.

Best massage ever …they know what they are doing.I need a regular massage every week and I have tried many places but this is one of the best I have come across in Melbourne.This is my goto place from now on
