The first time I went to the salon, with an appointment was great. I made another appointment to have them redone and while waiting several people came in without appointments. The lady next to me had an appointment as well but waited over an hour before they started whilst those without appointments were tended to straight away????Three different ladies did my nails tagging each other to pick up where they left off. The result was very patchy, uneven, very thick and not properly filed down leaving a few lumps. They were clearly understaffed but why take in people without appointments when you don’t have the staff to cope! What’s the point of making an appointment if you end waiting too long to be tended to?

I did SNS a day before. The service was very bad - it felt like she rushed through everything. The coats were not alpplied properly. Surface of my nails feel rough at some parts. Imperfectly done and I see I’m done edges on the side . Shaped my nails uneven. I don’t recommend this Place at all

must say, for my first experience with this nail salon was not good. i asked for full set of acrylics which was $53 and they charged me $65 because of “cash fee” $12 extra for a “cash fee” is ridiculous. my nails started to fall off after 2 days of getting them done. when realistically they should last 2 weeks!! i don’t know about anyone else’s experience but mine was terrible!!

Nice friendly staff. I recommend this place.The lady who did my nails was calm, gentle and the results were clean, felt good and looked lovely. I am really satisfied with the service even though it was a bit on the pricey side.I had to ask (I did so politely) to get a little dab of extra nail polish (not by me) cleaned up from my skin next to the nail, which I noticed while waiting for the polish to dry with the fan and staff had already since moved onto the next client in the short time span.I know and understand to be careful with normal polish" :) I was gently advised "it's normal polish

Came to Will’s nails Mernda a few weeks back to have a bad set of acrylics removed (from another salon). The girls took so much care and time to ensure the acrylics were removed safely - refusing to soak my hands in a bowl with hot water and acetone because it was “bad for my hands and nails”….so I came back to get a new set and was not disappointed!! I brought a friend and we are both OBSESSED with our nails. The girls working are super friendly and were patient while we changed our minds on a colour ten times. Definitely my new favourite nail place and will be back!

Had a spa pedicure here for the first time today and it was such a lovely experience I felt compelled to write a review. They did such a great job, lots of attention to detail with the shape and shellac and felt so pampered with a hot stone massage and really thorough exfoliation (I’ve never had this anywhere as part of a spa pedi).

Girls here are great, both customer service and quality of work. I used to go to Mill Park Shopping Centre because we didn’t have good nail salon in MERNDA. Now this is my go to place. I’m so glad I don’t have to go too far to do my nails.
