250720. After sunset, late eveningBad experienced , I think worse store in Australia. I filled gas and wanted to throw rubish of my car in Bins but all bins were full with rubish then I kept in own car.Bucket was full with dirty water and sand. Other stores have window cleaner but not this store. When I entered the store, staff looked not professional, wanted drinks for my family but not there in fridge.I advised to aussie dont stop there for fuel next BP is best for service and also hygienic.Replied of your commentYou replied me by rude attitude with customer  -: Impossible for a site to keep them 100% full and clean 24/7.Why are we paying you extra money for grocerry and fuel. We dont need your 4 cent discount.Thanks for this kind of rude reply with loyal customer.I think you need some more training for customer service and also learn about how should talk with customer and get feedback from them for improve self, better relation with customer for more business.Uniform, please check you staff uniform, some weared short black t shirt and show own naked stuff. When he turned back to own computer then showed me his own ***. So you called this is professionalism.I usually Come for fuel and grocery but now I have giveup your store way for next purchases.ThanksWas very good experienceHave a good day !

THIS IS NOT AN AMPOL!!! even though all the signage says Ampol. This is really messed up for people who pay using an Ampol card. Will never go here again.

Great customer service by the staff Hassan. He not only helped me with calling road side assistance but also helped me pushed my car in the parking bay. Cant thank enough.

Had a bad service from the staff named Hassan. He was serving me , but ignored and didnt answer my question and said next please trying to serve next customer. He was so rude. dont even deserve 1 star.

Not caltex anymore. Not Woolworth group either. Please update the information. The only reason I stopped here is cause I had discount at caltex and Woolworth.

It's disappointing. I looked for a nearby shop that is open midnight to get some cup noodles. Says online and marked at the door that they are open 24 hours, but the guy at the counter said they are close. He didn't let us in. Visited just now, at 2am on a 3rd of June.

Expensive. Diesel was 11 cents more than what I payed the day before in Seymour and Albury, just did a splash and dash to get me home.Attended did seem a bit over eager with the payment transaction.Conviently location, just next to McDonald's if you need a bit to eat, seemed to be a reasonable amount of products available in stock.I personally won't get fuel here again unless I quickly require a top up as I did today.
