AVOID!!!! The Camberwell/ The Well shop (next to Coles) sold me 3kg of obviously rancid meat a few weeks ago. Shameful to the man who did this, you would have known as it was obvious and stunk when I went to cook it that night. $100 wasted on this butcher's greed and lack of integrity.

We shop at rainbow meats weekly. Good quality meat for a decent price. All staff are friendly

I just purchased some Chicken Kiev. I found the Chicken Kiev was well prepared, very good portion size, very good tasting, good value for the price!

Nice meat selection, although some staff aren’t very friendly..

Could be more friendly and for the amount of staff there they could be a bit more customer facing so you don’t have to wait so long.

Recently purchased some chicken breast and went to cook with it two days after purchase, It was very off with a terrible smell coming from the bag. Immediately I threw in the bin.When I rang the butcher to arrange a refund they told me nothing could be done because I had thrown out the meat and they would need to see it in order to arrange a refund.If it was a large amount I would completely understand but we are talking about $10.00 and no apology or refund. Very disappointing

Was always coming here for my meat - great friendly service- BUT now with a new rude arrogant employee I’m NEVER going back again.He mentioned something about a bag and I didn’t really understand. Got my goods and asked for a bag and he goes“Nup- I asked you and you said no “I said “Can I please have one?”He didn’t answer and walked off.Sorry Rainbow- other places around as I’m giving you my money and service and you have a tosser like him behind the counter.AVOID this place-

Went here yesterday for meat for a bbq and have to say we were all really disappointed with the flavour and quality. The chicken sticks in particular were not good, strange texture and flavour. Also don’t recommend the lamb or pork fennel sausage. The service however was very good.
