What can I say about Shum’s? Having now purchased a couple of watches from them, they are nothing short of outstanding. They are always so friendly, polite and helpful - and prices are always extremely competitive. I went in today to purchase a watch I’ve had my eye on for a couple of months now but decided to purchase it to celebrate the arrival of my daughter. Shum’s were more than happy to oblige, I called ahead and they put the Watch aside for me without any hesitation. If you are in the market for a watch by any brand they stock then don’t hesitate to pay them a visit, you won’t be disappointed!

Bought my Omega Seamaster from these guys a while ago and my experience was absolutely amazing. The saleswoman walked me through the range of watches they had and was quite knowledgeable (not so much on the technical side so you'll have to come a bit prepared but I wasn't bothered by that). I have to say I am not advertising for this watch shop, and everything displayed below is just what I experienced and my true feeling. I will definitely rate this store 10 stars if I can! I initially planned to get my old watch fixed as Shum’s watches is one of the authorised after-sales services centres in Sydney. All staff are extremely polite and professional with smiling faces. When waiting for the staff recording my request of fixing the watch and issuing the invoice ( cause I left the watch there), I asked whether I could try Omega new seamaster on since they are my dream watches and I have been doing some research about watches. With extremely casual dressing and a cheap plastic watch (used as the substitution of my time pieces) on the waist, I didn’t look like a potential customer with affordability of these high-end watches. But the sales representative immediately agreed and took several different versions out and let me try them without any hesitation even including the rose golden one. I was shocked by their attitude and decided to upgrade my watch all for a sudden! The price was extremely attractive and they were even negotiable about the discount! Finally the purchase was finalised with my extreme satisfaction! For people dressing like me will be easily ignored and treated as non-existence in those boutiques but this watch shop is definitely different! Sales representatives have professional knowledge and treat each customer equally. They also took several Blancpain watches for me to appreciate ( I am not currently affordable for these watches but I’ll definitely come back if I want to update my watch in the future). Lastly, they are the authorised seller for many brands of Swatch Group and offering attractive discount for them, so if you are looking for a nice watch shop, wanting to spend some money in watches and experience the nice purchasing services, this is a highly recommended place to visit!

Like most people purchasing luxury watch , I have done a lot of research on what I wanted and where I would purchase. I decided to walk down to Chinatown to purchase my Omega Seamaster. From the moment we walked in to shums we were treated very professionally. The service from the team was exceptional and friendly and what I believe to be the most competitive pricing in Sydney.
