The cakes, tarts, pastries - everything - is a next level amazing taste sensation here. The high quality ingredients, the skills, and the love that goes into producing these baked goods is evident in every wonderful mouthful. There are some lovely flavours available that are not often seen in other cake shops. The ginger treacle cake is absolutely delicious and is a favourite, but I have many favourites! The quiches remind me of the authentic French style with crisp crumbly pastry, a light creamy egg filling, and fresh seasonal flavours. There is much joy on offer in this shop.

I order/purchase a cake weekly from Cake & Bake. They are accommodating, helpful and kind. Their cakes are fresh, delicious and always made with love. I look forward to the ever changing designs, but consistent quality and deliciousness of their treats. I can't find anything that compares in the Brisbane area, and I'll always keep coming back. Each time I'm there, they speak to customers about their needs or occasion and help to suggest suitable items. I appreciate their care and patience.I'll be there tomorrow for more!

Cake & Bake is a lovely bakery with the most delicious cakes. Even their savoury items are wonderfully tasty. I tried the Mini Berry Tart, Seasonal Fruit Friand (Blueberry), Tahini and Halva Brownie, Mini Caramel Tart, Blonde Brownie, Berry Sponge Bar Cake. I can honestly say, they were all amazing. I also had the slow-cooked chicken puff, I could have had 2! It was so full of flavour. I can't wait to go back and try more.

I ordered a red velvet for my daughter’s 14th birthday, the process/customer service was excellent. The cake itself was magnificent, red velvet and so delicious. Jocelyn is an amazing baker!!

I ordered a red velvet cake for a birthday dinner. The website clear regarding prices and sizes and ordering over the phone was easy. The cake was beautiful and was also delicious! It was moist and rich but not sickly sweet. The birthday girl loved it! I will definitely come back next time for another cake!

I have had better Black Forest at umpteen other places. For the price of a small cake, the Black Forest I had ordered tasted very ordinary, not something I kept going back to the fridge for. The Kirsch cherries looked more like brown olives — lacklustre, lacking the vibrant, glossy redness and juiciness that adds to the visual appeal and taste of a Black Forest. Disappointed. Two stars even then because —well— it was still a cake! Maybe other cakes are nicer, but I won’t recommend a Black Forest from here.

Best Carrot Cake in Brisbane. So fresh and delicious and the toffee shard decoration on top of the cake is the perfect touch. Cake & Bake also make the most amazing Quiche Lorraine, Red Velvet Lamingtons, Melting Moments, Chocolate Sour Cream cake and Lemond Curd Tarts to name a few of my favourites. I love that Jocelyn supports small local brands & local farmers in her shop with her supply of delicious cheeses, chocolate and diary products. Highly recommend Cake & Bake.
