Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC)

Their advertised opening times are fake. I tried to return my ASIC, but I had never thought they had made the process more difficult. I had a tight schedule, so I arrived there at 12:45 pm which was 15 minutes before their advertised closing time. Then, I found out that they decided to close earlier that that. Such a waste of my trip and fuel to go all the way there for no reason. Seriously, what’s the point of closing this early? You’re causing inconvenience!

Signs on airport drive say something to the effect of you can't park on the side of the road if there's a yellow line or nature strip. So I pulled over and parked on the shoulder of the road which had a white line. Security told me to leave because they say the shoulder of the road is a nature strip". I told them they were wrong

The CEO, Gert-Jan de Graaff, who runs Brisbane Airport should be SACKED. Queueing for 30 minutes to pass through the security screening process at 5am on Wed 23-Nov was totally unacceptable. Only 1 in 2 screening machines were being used. Absolute disgrace. Don't bother visiting Brisbane, travel elsewhere... Worse still, on returning to Brisbane 10pm on Sun 27-Nov, I find there is no Airport staff supervising the public pick-up area, cars were double parked, and it was dangerous for passengers having to walk between cars to get to their pickup car. At both ends of my trip, Brisbane airport provided an unpleasant experience - avoid if possible.

We were told that noise from the new runway would not impact our lives!!!Lies, lies and more lies. Tonight there have so many flights that have impacted my comfort, and I hear more coming..

Receptionist was very rude and lazy. Don’t think she likes her job.

Does not care about noise pollution, health & safety whilst flying low over 100s of Brisbane's suburbs. #dontcare

Maybe the Brisbane Airport Corp should make sure there are enough air traffic control staff so that peoples flights, holidays etc aren't totally ruined. You're great at taking peoples money but you are not supplying the services we are paying for. Whoever is running this joke should be sacked. No doubt he's collecting an absurdly large wage for doing absolutely NOTHING!!!

Built and opened a second runway with zero consultation of the community and now wonder why close to 2 million people are angry and depressed. SO MUCH NOISE EVERYDAY because of the greedy airport and airlines . The community won’t stop until there is a curfew and all flights from new runway over the bay!

(- STAR) ... At the start of November I had part of my laptop broken by a security officer who decided to rearrange it in those plastic containers :/ A supervisor took photos and said a report would be completed on the breakage and I could ring a phone number they had given me, to make a claim.. I have been following up and following up between the airport and security and of course the department that now deals with this have gone on holidays until the new year still not fixing the problem. ARRRRRGGGG!!!!!! How many months are these unprofessional people going to to take to fix my laptop???? NOT happy.
