Have been coming here for years and the girls are always good but just today they were so accommodating and proactive when I couldn’t use my whole laser package - without me even asking! Definitely recommend

I could not be happier with my laser treatments at the North Sydney clinic. The staff were friendly and made me feel at ease. As this was my first time having laser done they explained to me in detail what to expect and what they were doing, this made me feel comfortable and at ease. The clinic was clean and comfortable.I have since returned and again had the exact same experience. I will definitely be continuing my laser treatments at this clinic. Really easy to book an online appointment here, and staff respond very quickly. Arrived at my appointment a couple minutes early and had to wait a bit for someone to be at the front desk. Once she was there though she took me back straight after filling in the appropriate forms. Stefania did my consult and treatment - she was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained to me all the procedures and what to expect as well as follow-up care, etc. She told me about other products to purchase but didn't push them on me. She answered my questions with ease. The procedure itself (laser hair removal) was quick and easy - she was very professional and made me feel very at ease. Checkout was quick and I was on my way. Definitely will be returning (good prices - they often have special deals going on)!

I’m completely upset and disappointed with the disrespectful personal treatment I got. I was unfairly accused of lying when I was obviously not. The person in charge, Erin even threaten me with calling security, ridiculous. I have never been treated like this before. Don’t recommend at all.

I have been coming to the north Sydney laser clinics for a few months now and every single time the girls there are the most lovely people, amazing customer service and best laser I’ve had as my hair is almost completely gone! I ran a little late for an appointment at the North Sydney clinic. I was looked after by the lovely Zakira (I hope I have her name right!) who was able to still fit me in. She was very accomodating, professional and insightful with product knowledge. She delivered fantastic service and is definitely an asset to the team.

I’ve been seeing Ruby for a few months at Laser Clinics North Sydney. I can’t rate her highly enough, she has done a few different treatments on me and each one I have been overjoyed with. She’s very thorough, gentle and professional and the results are better than I ever imagined.

DON'T PURCHASE! I purchased some services online. Tried to book for 3 days, they said they didn't have the bookings on file, so I sent them the receipt, a screenshot and all my account details. No reply. I chased up with the head office. It was then they replied saying they found my bookings, and I asked to book in - but again they stopped replying. Finally I just said ok, I'll take a refund then. They are now saying they don't do refunds. So apparently you can't book anything in or get a refund when you can't book for over a week. I paid over $150 for nothing? Haven't yet had a reply. Really dodgy, don't trust them with your money. I'm currently chasing up with fair trading now as it's 100% against consumer law.

I had a pleasant experience at the Laser Clinic North Sydney. The staff is friendly and flexible. The therapist who treated me was knowledgeable and careful. She did a great job. Thanks everyone for your service.
