Experience Oz

I booked tickets for a boat cruise for the 23rd of May. I had my visa debited for the booking but there was never a confirmation email sent and the tour operator had no record of our booking. Goodbye money.

Booked with this Experience Oz the night before the tour. Was told by the tour operator the next morning that they don't see any money from Experience Oz and had no booking for my party of 6. Luckily this tour operator was kind enough to take us on his tour with no payment. Book direct and not with this company!!!

Although I have booked online previously, happened to see the office at the Gold Coast just opposite the Hilton Hotel.Popped in to purchase our theme park tickets and avail the same deal available online.The staff were courteous and also provided coffee as a bonus despite being busy! All in all, wonderful staff and service!

“Money Grubs” - Don’t let their cool website or big discounts fool you. Once you paid, you’ll keep hearing the song Experience Oz is third party provider and can’t make decisions on behalf the tour operator.

I bought two tickets to a tour ,they charge for both tickets online, on the small print it said one needs to contact the provider before the day, I called them to find out it was only one ticket available the other one was on a waiting list, I contact them today to fix the issue they told me it was solve and two places are available on the tour, while making plans to get there I checked again and they are all cancel, they still get my money promised they will refund 4/7 business day! Over the holidays. Deceptively wrongI would not recommend to anyone engaging with them

The ladies at the counter were nice but not helpful in providing advice of which themes is more fun and saves money. They were more interested in convincing us to buy the Village Theme Park 3 days Escape Pass which is worthless as below:1- Wet n wild has limited working hours and this is winter, not very useful.2- Movie World WB is ridiculous and not worth going there as lots of games not working.3- Sea World was best experience we had ever. Worth every cent spent in here and lots of fun.4- Aqua Duck also worth the money and good experience.Experience OZ should offer families an advice of what is the best place for fun at the current time for families not offering the best offer to sell tickets and takes people money.Very bad experience $1069 was paid for the above. Take my advice and do your search reviews and look online for better deal.Lesson learned and will tell all friends not to buy from them.

very limited availability of anything when you actually try to book. voucher redemption process is cumbersome and time-wasting. have struggled to use voucher. my sister's gift to my kids seems likely it will end up as a gift to ExperienceOz due to difficulty of practical use. zero stars.

The experience of buying the tickets online was seamless and easy and was certainly the best deal I could find. The Theme parks were amazing. Experience Oz is the first place I look when I need tickets. #experienceoz

All the ladies over here r the perfect guides... They charge appropriate for the tickets... Ask for discounts.... Might get 5% off....It's on the main road suffers paradise
