Picture this. I’m broken down I Goulbourn, no idea where to go. I land across the road from brads auto, so I walk over and roughly spell out my drama and what I need to get on the road. Next minute this young bloke walks across the road with me and has a quick look.goes back to the shop and grabs what he needed. Within ten minutes I’m off and running back to Wollongong.Firstly to Brad. You have nailed the first rule of business. That’s retain great staff.Secondly to the young bloke. Never underestimate peoples gratitude. Thanks mate.Thirdly I run a shop in Sydney and young man if you need a job you have passed the fulfilment stage, your on. You got a job if you coming to Sydney.All in all, country values are still important. Thanks again
