Three years on and I am parting with my spectacular Audi S5 for an Audi e-tron S Sportback. Honestly I believed nothing could match the experience of working with Lisa and team during a global pandemic, or the understated looks, performance, and reliability of the S5.However this new Audi e-tron takes understated luxury and performance to new level, just stunning!Of course Lisa and team made the process completely without stress, just like chilling with friends on a Saturday afternoon.

Wonderful experience with Brighton Audi! Rhys, Patricio and Stephan provided such a memorable experience with the purchase of my first car! They were all so personable, professional and knowledgeable. After months of car shopping this was hands down the best customer service and dealership experience I've had. I would like to congratulate the staff at Audi Brighton for polite and efficient service and in particular the young lady in reception.I purchased a new Q3 about a year ago and have requested some personal assistance on probably 4 or 5 occasions for small matters like bluetooth phone connections etc. Her customer service has been outstanding and nothing has appeared to be any trouble. She is what you imagine the epitome of great customer service to be.

I ordered a car yesterday and I had really good experience with Audi Brighton. They have really good customer service and I really enjoy my shopping experience with Audi Brighton. The sales Rhys was super patient and nice. I’m usually the hard decisions maker, and have to spend long time to decide which car I actually want. However, the sales Rhys was very good, he took me to test drive with different car models, which gave me a lot of ideas and instructions with cars. Thank you for such a good service

In addition to providing exceptional customer service, Rhys provided us with a thorough understanding of the Q5 and its variants. Without overwhelming us, he explained the differences between models and options in detail and helped us make an informed decision. It was a pleasure to work with him when negotiating the overall drive-away price.On the day of delivery, Stefan was very knowledgeable about the car's features and also friendly and polite. When I drove out of the dealership, I felt comfortable and familiar with the car's safety features and the touchscreen interface.Overall, Rhys and Stefan, as well as Audi Centre Brighton, provided us with a great experience and we are extremely happy with our beautiful new car.
