RE: Dulux Acratex 10 year Warranty.A few years after my roof was painted for the second time by a Dulux Approved painter using Dulux Acratex. The first time the painter whose lack of preparation resulted in paint peeling. Dulux to their credit arranged another painter to re-do the job under warranty, sadly the the paint is now fading and peeling. Dulux sent out a representative who, with the use of a Drone took several photos of the failing paintwork with a promise of review and feedback the following week. That week is now over a month and calls going to voicemail and not returned. Text messages not replied to and to boot then called Dulux Head Office and after a 30 minute on hold waiting to speak with someone only to be told I have been connected to the wrong area - despite the promise of a call-back I'm growing old waiting for that to happen.Words cannot describe how deeply disappointment I am of a national iconic brand like Dulux to treat its customers this way!
