Slack cashier as usual! Sort out your staff '7ELEVEn'. This is a long running trend, always have to wait at least 3 minutes before pump is activated then another 3 minutes waiting for the response of a bitter team member to begrudgingly serve.

This store ripping people off charging for small paper Bags, However I have been many other 7/11 stores and No one charged paper bags at any other stores.Boys on the counter does not have a manner.

This fuel station is absolutely filthy ! The forecourt is never ever cleaned with rubbish strewn all over the ground that’s been there for months .. the bowsers are also disgusting and covered in god knows what germs and spilt fuel

Petrol bowser took 8+ seconds to start disbursing petrol and the station manager said I was the problem, having tried it with two separate petrol bowsers Not sure I'll be coming here again with such disappointing service staff.PSA the bowsers are a little slower here so give them a chanceLooks like the night time staff are pretty disappointing over all looking at past comments too

Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered….On the 24th of February 2022 at 3:00am. I encountered one of the rudest staff of that 7/11 ever.This staff member saw me at the door and kept unpacking food. I knocked on the door, he looked and kept unpacking food.I then knocked again, he then pointed at the door and kept unpacking food.It wasn’t until I came to the window near the till. He decided to go inside and unlock the door.He then stated that the sandwiches were all off and that the only thing I can eat is the cookies.I then got a ready to eat meal and paid for it. I then put it in the microwave for 3 minutes and 30 seconds as instructed. I was wondering the store and saw a 2 for $8 deal. I grabbed two of the products from the shelve above and went to pay. He said it was $14. I said there was a miscommunication as it said 2 for $8. He said it wasn’t.I asked him to have a look because that’s why it says.He then said to me“Can you hurry up”As this is my local gas station, that I come to almost everyday, this is disgusting to say to a customer who still has their food in the microwave.He stated that his manager would get angry at him if he didn’t pack away all the food.Just to add… A week ago from the date above…. The same employee, temporarily closed the store so that he could pack food away…Please. I hate to be annoying but this employee who he said was ‘Johnny’, must be taught a lesson.Regards,Your previous customer…

Petrol bowser wouldn't start, dishonoured price garatunee

Recently upgraded, looks nice and clean. Staff very disinterested. I pointed out that one pump was faulty and all that I got in return was a grunt! Also my request for a tax invoice (yes, I had to ask, it was not offered) was met with a grunt. There's also no customer toilets. Very poor! I won't be filling here again. This behavior is becoming a trend in 7-Eleven fuel outlets.

No toilet. A whole row of pumps were out of order and there was no signs informing customers. After spending time trying to pump fuel and realising that it wasn't working, we had to reverse the caravan and move it over to another pump.

Has petrol and drinks and snacks which is pretty much what I go there for. Especially Slurpee after work on a hot day.
