Podda and his team did our house floors with a water based matt 2K finish in May 2019.We were very happy with the reasonable quote and the quality of the preparations with removing the old oil based varnish. Our cedar floors came up light and beautiful and we are very happy with the results - thanks Podda.

Absolutely fabulous work! I bought a place with wooden floors. The original floors were a deep chocolate colour, wet marks in areas, looked like they had never been sanded before (and probably hadn't). The guys at I Floor Sanding came in over a 4 day period and somehow managed to not only bring up the floors dramatically, but they also managed to get the original colour! So the floors went from being chocolate brown to this amazing, stunning light oak colour. They were very clean, professional, trustworthy and respectful of my home, skirting and floors. If you have not yet used these guys - do yourself a favour and call them. EXTREMELY well priced (they came in nearly $600 cheaper than other quotes) and work is highly highly commendable. Our floor now looks beautiful and brand new and it is at least 60 years old. I Floor Sanding did a great job, left no mess and arrived when they said they would. We are more than happy to recommend this company.

They done a amazing job. They stripped off my old carpet and sand and polished the wooden floor underneath. It gave my old house a modern look. And they installed new wooden floor to a room. It was a great job. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
