Pros: Modern. Great location. Secure. Managers are easy to deal with and respond fairly quickly.Cons: Very, very noisy especially if you're on a road facing unit. You get used to the traffic noise, but the sound insulation is poor so noise from other units travel everywhere . A lot of sporadic banging noises. Having lived in a lot of apartments, this one was one of the noisiest ( pretty standard for new build apartments everywhere it seems though). Epll9632, I feel you if your review is noise related lol. You will not be able to do anything about the noise so avoid if you like quiet or maybe go for a top floor unit.Rubbish situation is a bit bad,so while most of the building is kept really clean the rubbish rooms/doors are dirty. Sometimes the whole building can smell bad ( I think from the rubbish).
