Steve/Stephen was a huge help in getting boxes and things for my move. He had a wealth of useful tips and suggestions (will remember the one about establishing a rapport with the locals in the area) and made the process very quick and easy.Will definitely come back if I'm in the area again for moving equipment!

Wonderful staff helped organise storage of parent belongings after passing away until we could deal with what to do with everything. Accommodated change instantly when we had more than anticipated. Clean, well maintained.

Mike provided exceptional customer service from the very first enquiry. He did all possible to meet my needs for a storage shed and shelving units. He took the time to provide an inspection of all facilities and nothing was too much trouble. This high level of customer service is rare and valuable. The Kennards Kirrawee facility is clean, secure and has a range of additional services that provide value for money.

They have parcel point which is super convenient. Sylvia is lovely to deal with,she organized my return very quickly. I definitely recommend their services.

I called in at Kennards Kirrawee in a state, looking for storage which was required urgently and unexpectedly.David was so friendly, helpful and professional. He went out of his way to assist me with my problem. He was kind enough to call the next day to ensure that my problem had been resolved. I can't speak highly enough of the service I received and I recommend them to anyone.

I didn't know before that I can drop off my Amazon returns here! It was super convenient and just a short stroll from my place. Recommend!

Attended location for an Amazon drop off a week ago per the Amazon instructions. Kennards staff member explained that Amazon instructions left some parts out so she provided instructions for next time.Attempted a drop off this afternoon and followed packing instructions given at last drop off. Was rudely told by the staff member this time that the item was incorrectly packed and I’d need to buy tape to ship the item.When explaining I was following the steps provided by his former the staff member replied “I’ve been working here for 16 years” fearing a grandpa Simpson situation and a full explanation of why wearing and onion on the belt was fashionable during his youth I explained I’ll just go somewhere else and left.I won’t be returning for Amazon drop off or storage solutions. Please note my past experience was rated 5 stars, I’ve deleted and this is my new rating. I’ll also be reaching out to Amazon drop off service to provide this feedback directly.

Great staff, polite and make thigs easy.Ill definatly use them again
