Baklava Palace
Worst place to buy coffee, I buy almost every day. The desperate girls mostly working there are worried about how they look and keep chatting to each others. If new customers comes and speaks Arabic then they stop their work and start talking to them.I dont buy anything else from there but as I go there every day I know all the stuff is pretty old and nothing is fresh and way too expensive.Coffee tastes good though.

The staff here could not say baklava properly. belekva" It really was disrespectful especially to my culture. My children could not enjoy their hote chocolate because it was to hot. My husband thinks this way too overpriced even though it is his job. Me and my 9 children most defenitely do not plan coming back to this white household. Sincerely your fattest fatima al karoor"

Rude staff on phone and in person. Overpriced and didn't have pretty much all what we wanted to order. And what I wanted wasn't anything extra. It was the standard stuff at any other middle east dessert shop. No halawet riz/jibn or znood el sit with ashta (only with chocolate), only 1 out of 4 thick shake flavours available and no ashta icecream. Kanefah was dry, bland and only a tiny trickle of syrup. Had to go ask for my son's waffle chocolate icecream because she didn't serve it and then blamed me and said I didn't order it to begin with. Trading hours are all over the shop and differ between online sites and social media. Would not recommend this place and if I could give no stars I would.

The prices are wrong on the menu. The staff are very rude and don’t care about customers. Coffee wasn’t very good. Please avoid!

This palace is now under new management and since then their coffee has definitely improved and the white sticky desert as well as the pistachio tarts are super delicious, and goes very well with their smooth coffee.Recommend everyone to revisit them and see how hard the new management has tried to fix all the issues the previous owners used to have.
