100% happy with Mister Minter Hinkler. I was very happy with staff knowledge and ended up getting a whole new car key! Great customer service, never had an issue and confident I never will. There is never any confusion in my shopping experience.

Shocking job. I just picked my boots up from Mr minute & it looks like it took a minute to fix. I’m very unhappy with the fix. I had two new zippers put in, apparently. They were glued, very messily. Sewing is messy. One boot, the zip is not really caught all the way down.Yesterday when I went to collect them, after a week & half, the zip was broken, as it was when I dropped them off. Same boot funnily enough. I was told to comeback today as the person wasn’t there for me to speak with.I feel the zip either wasn’t replaced or if it was it was a cheap zip & a shoddy job. I was still charged $100 for this.First pic is the incorrectly placed zip. Then the next two pics are the zips done up as far as they will go. Very shoddy job. I’ll be very surprised if these last the six months they’re under warranty for.

Overpriced on engraving.. I had my own plaque plate and still got charged $25 for it. On-top if that it was messy and horrid but I didn't see till I got home. Ended up having to buy a new plate bit else where n paying to get it engraved

Absolutely outstanding service. Prompt and Charlie knew exactly what he was doing.Very timely and professional. Well presented and spoken. Had alot of knowledge regarding my key repair and talent with the engraving I have had done. Highly recommended.
