Blown away by the customer service and attention to detail provided by Navarre at my visit to Brighton Jaguar. He was very polite, understanding to my needs, and knew everything about the jaguar brand.If you are looking for a new car make sure you ask for Navarre for the best car experience!

What a great experience!!!I was in the market for a new car for my mum and from the moment I stepped into the dealership I received nothing but guidance and assistance. Navarre was the gentleman who assisted my mother and I through the exciting experience of a new car purchase. at no time were we pressured or pushed into the purchase instead Navarre made sure to listen to my mums needs so that the car met all of her requirements, we explored different options and finally decided on the one. Navarre's attention to detail is exceptional, and he made the entire process so simple and enjoyable. Highly recommend this dealership, all of the staff were fantastic and actually said hello rather than just ignore us, we even had the dealer principle come and say hello which he didn't need to. Went to the Brighton Jaguar and greeted by a friendly chap Navarre. He was professional and very knowledgeable on the cars available. Didn’t manage to purchase that day but he was very well informed and therefore I received the exact information that I needed with no pressure or urgency which allowed me to really think about the car most suitable for me which I purchased a week later. His attention to detail reassured me that he was a motor enthusiast who lives and breathes his jobs. Quite a charmer might I add. He was more than happy to answer my pesky questions on his days off. Service that is hard to find these days. Highly recommend going to this particular dealership as you will be definitely looked after especially if you manage to catch Navarre.

What a great experience! Had the best customer service while browsing in Brighton Jaguar. Not even 1 minute looking around, I was greeted by Navarre who offerd to help find the right car just for me. He was honest and very attentive which made the whole experience stress free and easy. Even though i didnt end up purchasing anything at the time, I would recommend Navarre. Great professional service. I dealt with a girl called Jessie who I felt really cared about my experience in the store and took the time to discuss what I was looking for.
