Travelling the state. Rocked up unannounced with a code issue on a bike they don’t even deal in. Fitted me in and on my way. Staff were very amiable and helpful. Thanks Tim for organising me.

Unfortunately 1 star. Went in to look for a new helmet as in desperate need. I have disorders so I can stand in one place looking over and over at the same wall of products going over all the differences in them and what I need and want. Some guy asked if I needed help, I said no thanks just looking. He stood there basically in front of me just staring at me. Of course I moved across the store to make him stop but he watched me the whole time. I rode there and had my gear in my hand which he could clearly see. I wanted to try helmets on as it's so hard to know my right size without doing so. i have purchased online before and gotten it wrong. So thought in person. Now I will never go back to Horizon due to this. I understand you can be weary of people but I wasn't being suspicious just looking. I think they should know they lost a sale that day. I was planning on buying a helmet of at least $800 and being safe finally with new lid.

Nothing but praise for these guys. Have been getting parts through them for a few years now. They are always prompt and offer great advice too. Also, they don't try to upsell you on stuff you don't really need, which is more than I can say for other bike shops around.

Outstanding service from these guys. On a motorbike tour of Tasmania and I managed to repair a flat rear tire on my own but discovered a bulge in the sidewall. Tyre was unsafe. These guys booked me in and replaced the tyre all in 90 minutes so I could continue. The commitment to customer service is beyond compare! Big thanks to Boyd and the service team, made my holiday!
