Friendly, helpful staff that go above and beyond. Great service. Clean cafe, toilets and kids playground. Great coffee. Heaps of specials and clearance items at the moment.

Working against the clock, 5 workers walked away from me when I needed help to find a part. Leaving without the part because store was closing, 4+ workers gather round me thinking I'm stealing what I walked in with.

They have many products but when you order on line for pickup collect service you wait a long time either outside for some one to come after you phone the number or go inside and never anyone at the counter. In most cases it would have been quicker to pick it yourself and pay there

Staff are very friendly, i was in need of a tool that I couldn't find. Finding a staff member took me less then 15 seconds and he was very helpful although he was busy helping another 2 guys at the same time. Directed me to where i needed to go with directions to exactly where the tool accessory would have been. The tool was exactly where he said and easy to find at the spot described.

The staff are very friendly, eager to help with any questions and can always point you in the right direction when your looking for a product. They have easy parking and good prices on most products. The garden section was lacking in water plants / aquatic plants. I had to go else where.

Some of the worst customer service I have come across, that guy on the trade gate was so rude, it took 45mins to get I piece of ply board then needed three people to work the forklift. They only ever have one person servicing at the check out and why the hell do we need someone greeting at the front when they should be servicing people. How hard is it.

We experienced the most outstanding customer service from Peter who works in the garden power tools section.After approaching us then taking the time to explain and demonstrate how the Ryobi Lawn edger works, including it's warranty, we ended up buying it along with a Blower.Not only was Peter extremely knowledgeable about his products he was friendly and jovial. Team members like Peter are an asset to your business. He deserves to be rewarded.
