My GOTO experts for all power supply related issues!As always they are helpful, knowledgeable and fast.This time the job was critically urgent and they came through and helped our client get back into production within a few hours.

First, I would like to say that I do not take writing a review of this nature lightly. I would not normally take the time to write something like this, but if I could save someone else from having the same experience that I had, then I guess it is worth it.Initially, I gave Indcontrol two power supplies and a remote control to repair. These are parts that I am having fixed on behalf of my customer. The remote control had two issues, one was the charging port and the other was the buttons not working. After not replying to two follow-up emails from me I needed to call Michael to find out exactly what was going on. It's worth mentioning that almost every time I spoke to Michael, it was like I was speaking to him for the first time. He barely knew who I was, or what I was calling about.After a few weeks, the parts were finally ready. The next day I then went away on a family holiday, with the parts at my house. While I was away, my customer informed me that their last remote control was broken in an accident, and they desperately needed the one I had repaired. As I was unable to verify the repairs myself, I was a little concerned that the repairs might not have been done correctly, nevertheless, I had the part couriered to my customer. My fears were realised when I was informed that the remote was still unusable - the buttons were still not working. It turns out the $750 of the bill that was attributed to the remote repairs was the cost of fixing a 12v charging port (2x soldering joins and a 50c part from China).When I got home, I collected the remote from my customer and took it apart. I found that the domes underneath the buttons that give the button its tactile pop" needed to be replaced. So
