Signed up with this building firm in July 2019 and paid deposit.Found out they were leaving houses half built in November 2019. Terminated contract and requested deposit to be returned.Eventually got to VCAT in September 2020, won case.Building firm appealed and lost in November 2020.Order has now been transferred to Magistrates court. Builder to appear at Magistrates court in March for Oral Examination.Builder is due to appear in Federal Court on the 4th or 5th March, insolvency proceedings have been commenced by major creditor.A hand full of home owners with half built homes have received a stop work orders, builder fixed plaster board and external cladding before frame was signed off by surveyor. It’s become apparent that many land owners have paid a deposit and no work has been carried out.Builder has provided fake insurance details, confirmed in VCAT hearing that the details were fake.First person to pay a deposit and not see any work and not have funds returned dates back to 2018.At least 15 property/land owners effected, possibly up to 50.Building firm have a huge amount of outstanding default payments and judgements against them.

Single story 4 bedroom home project has been going on for a very long !Signed Building contact: 10 March 2018Received Build Permit: 5th April 2019Completed wall linings, Internal doors and architrave: October 2020October 2020, Building Surveyor issued Building Order to Stop Building Work and Building Notice, due to the Builder has carried out construction work beyond Mandatory Inspection and Non-Compliance. Roof trusses plan and computation not submitted to the building surveyor.Poor Knowledge in construction process and skill, site supervision, Building Code and Regulations.3 Point Homes Directors call themselves builder, But refuses to take Ownership and Responsibility. All the builder is interested in, is Progress Payments, leaving defective and unfinished work for Property Owners to pay for. Builder is blaming that property owner is responsible for the project Not the Builder.Never Help Builders by releasing advance payment.Suppliers refused to supply materials to the Builder on credit terms, Property owner advanced progress payment in good faith.Builder is now sending outstanding invoice claiming Builder was not paid progress payments, Builder is forgetting the owner had already paid in advanced for the purchase of materials.3 Point Homes Directors is labelling Property Owner “Scam Artist”. This Builder is trying all dirty trick implicating property owner to be accountable for Builders Defective and Non-Compliance work.I have never had experience or dealt with this type of naïve people in my life. These people are thieves.Sales person Emmanuel Graham gave misleading information about 3 point homes, Nikola Jandreoski (director). These people never to be trusted, every words they speak is a lie;Nikola JandreoskiMatthew KolliasEmmanuel Graham

Worst experience of my life!! Stay away from this builder!!Nothing but problems right from the beginning. They left my house abandoned for a year and left it open to be vandalised. They deceitfully took my money for works they never did and refused to refund me for it. They tried requesting more money throughout the build multiple times and went well over the contracted finish date and ultimately never finished my house. Staff were extremely rude and incompetent and told many lies throughout the whole process.

The build was poorly managed with no communication and assistance from everyone at the Company. The workmanship and quality was substandard.Every part of the construction was difficult as they were never approachable and it took months to have meetings with them as they always had an excuse or would even pull out. I even had to resubmit my selections as they informed me they couldn't find them.My building permit was received on 5th September 2018 and was extended until 5th March 2021.No tradesmen had been onsite since Mid-August 2019 and the builder wasn't responding to my emails. All the jobs were left half done and exposed, even one of the windows when they fitted was broken. My house is only a single storey 29sq home which should of taken 6 months to built by a reputable builder BUT after more than 2 years I got my Solicitor to send a letter to the builder to cancel the contract. The builder never responded back to the letter my solicitor sent but afterwards did send me a final invoice, which I haven't paid. The builder has deceived their clients as I have paid for a stage of the build that hasn't even been completed.During the start of the pandemic they sent me a letter about COVID and building delays which I disputed as my house should of been handed over more then 6 months prior. The builder also informed me about an opportunity to finish BUT it meant me giving him more money outside of the contract which I refused . This is a total contradiction during my initial meetings with them as they informed me that it was a fixed price TURN key. They also over charged me on a stage and when I asked for the difference to be sent back to my bank account they told me they would take it off the final build which they full well knew they weren't going to complete. There is a timber feature wall at the front of the house that should of been stained one month after building but was left to rot. There were weeds around the whole property 2 foot high.I do know other Clients that are in the same situation and also other trades & suppliers they owe money too.I would steer clear of this Company as they have taken everyone they have dealt with for a long financial ride.Reading other google reviews on them just solidify how bad they run their business.I cant see them in business much longer.Builder should of looked after his Clients, paid he's trades and suppliers instead of holding people for ransom.I've never in my entire life dealt with people so sinister as they just take your money without doing the work.

Nikola Jandreoski and Emmanuel Graham should not be trusted!Paid deposit in Dec 2018 and terminated the contract in Mar 2020. Couldn't organise a building permit in over a year. This was all PRE COVID.Still have not paid our money back or made any attempt to negotiate or show up to any hearings. STAY AWAY!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER!I would like to rate 3 Point Homes lower, may be MINUS FIVE stars.Signed a contract in April 2019 and paid a deposit for a house. Terminated the contract March 2020 as they had not done any work, not even turned a shovel of soil over. From day one they said they had everything they need to obtain a builders permit, but after 10 months they had not produced a permit. We were told lies consistently about how the project was being held up,for example:- 3PH were waiting on Domestic Builders Insurance 3-4 months- the plans are wrong, etc.All the preliminary work should have been completed within 60 days of signing the contract and a building permit produced, but no permit. We have been to DBDRV and VCAT and both times it was found in our favour.I believe they have ripped off their sub contractors, suppliers and customers alike! I have even seen poor reviews from their own employees. I don’t know why they are still operating, they should be at least struck from the building register. NIKOLA JANDREOSKI and Emmanuel Graham - DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE TWO!
