Its very common that they put The coffee machine for maintenance or out of order in the early mornings...the staff is not friendly..very bad experience multiple times..No chocolate powder for topping..and no response from.staff

Rude staffShe doesn’t know how to treat a polite customer. This is first time someone misbehave me in customer service. She made my day wrose but I did not react a bit. Still feeling bad.

Was working late nights and went in to go get a coffee and some other stuff. He wouldn't let me in. So whats the point of doing you're 24/7 if you can't even buy good. Went to another servo and gave them my $30 of overpriced goods.

1 am, didn't have the 4 things i wanted and wouldn't let me inside. Im freezing in my PJ's after just getting out of hospital on crutches and no glasses with me when he showed me a photo of all the sandwiches in 1 small photo. The other workers might be nice but he was not. Last item i said TRAVELERS pizza and he came back with a Travellers pie, he misunderstood and then didn't want to go back, so at that point i knew i wasnt eating anything and going home starving. About 30 hours since i are ANYTHING.And can't find anything in Google about then locking the doors, and never had issues like this before and i loooove 7/11

In my opinion the customer service at this Strathmore 7-Eleven is atrocious, the place is always filthy, the workers are rude and lazy going by the state of cleanliness at this store and the way they treat customers. Products on shelves and milk in the fridge is often out of date and not removed everyday as it should be, so always check the use-by dates because the staff rarely do.The Coffee machine area is always filthy and unhygienic, the store often has the smell of milk that has gone off, do they ever clean their fridges?Also the store is not in anyway Disability friendly, there are no ramps to get up the high gutter from the parking area, the doors are not automatic sliding doors which makes it very difficult for Wheelchair, Mobility Scooter users or anyone that uses mobility aids to get about to enter the store, the staff treat the disabled like second class citizens, they are not helpful at all, you would never see a staff member come out and help anyone.Now I have only ever visited at the very early hours of the morning, so I have no idea if the staff are any better in the daytime, one would hope so!The night shift staff are terrible, sometimes the staff at night are constantly talking on their mobile phones even while serving you, these aren't business calls, they're personal calls, you can tell by the childish giggling.If you want to use a decent, friendly 7-Eleven, travel five minutes up Keilor Rd and go to the Niddrie 7-Eleven, it's clean, the staff are always friendly and helpful and it's Disability friendly, the total opposite to the Strathmore 7-Eleven, I believe Niddrie has a different owner and boy does it show.The night shift worker on the 03-02-2019 was particularly nasty and rude, I won't complain to the owner as I absolutely know nothing would be done about this worker. I did warn this worker I'd leave a review, he said I don't care"

I regularly go here before my night shift and the lady who is here most night Jodie? Julie? (Sorry it definitely starts with J) is such a gem. She's always cheerful, fun and full of positive energy and strikes up good convo. 10/10 for service!

This store overcharged me by 20% and when I asked them to calculate again they refused and brought false excuses which is frustrating!

Racist ladies in the counter always behave rudely I never had this kind of service in other stores poor customer service always
