Absolute best customer service experience! Nitin went out of his way to deliver the storage containers, providing all the labels etc, and even throwing in 5 extra boxes! He was such a legend, and I’d highly recommend his and KoalaBox’s service. Not to mention how much better plastic containers are than cardboard boxes! Thank you!!

RECOMMEND THIS FOR ALL OF YOUR MOVES. The plastic containers are a brilliant idea, so much more durable than cardboard boxes. And, the added dolly makes moving a breeze. They'll deliver to your door, and pickup from the new location if you wish.They have most of the accessories to add on for a move; we purchased paper liners for the glassware, along with a mattress protector. In the standard bundle, they'll provide zip ties, labels, and a sharpie. All boxes arrived clean, disinfected, and in good condition.Service is incredible - I called them on a whim a day early from our appointment to see if they could deliver the boxes that day. Not long after, the boxes arrived and we were able to finish packing early! A huge thank you!For a 1 BDR + 1 Study, we needed only the 20 box package.

Excellent product and service. The boxes are clean and very efficient. Easy to move, handle and stack. So much better than cardboard boxes - more secure and no mess at the end. I had the boxes for a week - more than enough time to pack and unpack.You get the boxes and a little dolly to move them around on. Nitin delivered and collected the boxes efficiently. Great text communication. I would definitely use again.

I booked at about 9am Saturday morning for a same day delivery. Honestly I thought it was a scam it seemed too good to be true! Was very relieved when a lovely guy arrived several hours later with the boxes as clean as a whistle. I love the concept of not using cardboard boxes as it’s so much waste and the fact that they donate money to a good cause (Koalas). They were picked up 2 weeks later, just as promptly and warm/ friendly as the drop off. If you are moving house I would strongly recommend, it’s a really convenient service and much better for the environment.

Delivered on time with everything you need including zip ties and labels.Great sized boxes and feels great knowing it’s all reusable.About the same price as hiring/buying cardboard mixing boxes, but these are much stronger and great to stack!Will never move without them again.Excellent product, excellent service and super easy to set up and order online.

Could not recommend enough! Moving is very stressful and Koala Box made it so much easier. Delivery was quick and efficient, accepted payment by card, we didn’t need to clean the boxes or remove the stickers they provided (they even gave us a market pen!). We hired the boxes for three weeks – two weeks to pack and one to unpack. As the boxes were so easy to stack and move on the trolley, the removalists loved them and worked quicker – saving us money. They also prevent loads of cardboard boxes going to waste. Worked perfectly for us.

Highly recommend this business if you're looking to move. Boxes are clean, sturdy and easy to stack - I also love the fact that packing/sticky tape is not required. Dollies are super useful for transporting boxes easily.A special mention to Nitin who delivered excellent customer service - great communication, quick response times and an efficient worker. Moving can such a stressful and time consuming experience, especially when doing it on your own. From the first inquiry to get a quote, to the final pick up of the boxes, nothing was ever too much trouble. Delivery and pick up was on time, and having the dolly to stack the boxes on and move them was such a god send for the movers! I cannot recommend this service highly enough from the excellent service received, and of course, no need to mention the sustainable factor of re-useable boxes for the environment. Will be recommending to family and friends and anyone else who asks me. Thanks so much Nitin!
