Smooth selling process and diligent working agent.Although I was trying to sell my property while I’m in overseas, Kim has tried to make the selling process as seamless as possible for me. She was always reachable even though we are in a completely different timezone.Kim had liaised directly with my property managing agent and the exisiting tenants directly without much of my worry. I was only involved when I really need to. She kept me up to date with the process. It was very helpful especially it was my first home sale and I am not in the same city.Great service overall!
