Says they're open till 10pm. They shut at 9pm. Bunch if liars, get your business hours listed correctly so I don't waste my time and petrol coming down at 9:20pm

At 8:30 in the morning, the self-service was shut, the Express lane had 6 people lined up waiting to be served, and the one remaining checkout opened, had 3 people waiting to be served, all with full trolleys. The aisles are had to negotiate, as there is usually a staff member, putting together a click & collect order with their oversized trolley parked in the middle of the aisles. On a good note, shelves are usually well stocked.

Perfect having Coles and woollies, if Coles doesn't have what I need I can go across to Woolworth and visa versa, loves the Coles bakery 7 grain Bread loaf, exceptional value at $2.30

I've started shopping on line, and I can honestly say I love it...I do Click and Collect.Staff are amazing bring my order straight to my car... everything is there.. gives me time to do other shopping.. Think I'm going to keep doing my grocery shop online..Whilst I am doing Click and Collect..I would also like to mention the great staff in-store friendly and helpful always a smile and great service.Either way the Customer is a Winner

Horrible customer service.Whoever was working at the service desk today (2/04/23 13:00) saw my partner (indigenous) and I and assumed the items we were trying to return were stolen.She lied to us about the return policy and when confronted admitted to both lying about the policy and assuming we’d stolen the products.Unacceptable and disappointing.
